PROS:
1. ABS exercises. Showing right vs wrong movements/positions and tips to do better or harder.
2. Diet recommended.
3. Exercise log to track your exercises.
4. Cardiovascular work required (and why). Tips about CV work, intensity, how to measure intensity without a polar heart rate monitor, calories of different types of CV.
5. So far im reading tips i did not see in any other books (like what's best first: weight training or cardio for a single session? and why).
6. It's not huge book that you need to read in detail to start.
CONS:
1. It's a bit general but good enough to adapt it to your workout.
PS: I will mention about results later, i just bought it :).
