Most ab exercises are just too easy for me, but this DVD really showed me some new exercises that were very CHALLENGING. This DVD has three different workouts, or "phases" as they are called. The first one is a little challenging but the second one killed me. YOU will feel the burn on this and you will SEE RESULTS! All you need is a stability ball and for some of the exercises you need to lean your feet against a wall. Otherwise, no other equipment is necessary. AN EXCELLENT PURCHASE.
