This book gave me a whole new work out to switch things up and also a diet to get the most out of what I eat. When I purchased this book I weighed just under 150lbs. Since switching to this workout I have felt burns that I have never felt before.
If you are an inexperienced lifter don't worry, every exercise in this book has a description of how to perform the exercise and almost every single one of the explanations has a picture to show you how to do the exercise as well.
I have recently put my father on the diet that is included in this book and in one month he has lost over 21 pounds (he 66 years old, 5'11", and 214lbs now).
If you're looking to gain muscle mass, lose weight, or get tone this is the book for you.
Just an example of the diversity this book has to offer here is the choices you have just for a Shoulder/Traps workout. Each workout has four different exercises, how many sets, and how many reps to perform.
