The 100 is a four and a half minute set of 10 basic ab exercises for 10 reps - so when you've finished you've done 100 situps (of some form). Abs 200 is exactly the same tape only six minutes long - but you do 20 reps of each instead. I gave this four stars because I was looking for something more involved to push myself (I'm a bit of an Ab Nut) and but was nicely surprised to find that a couple of the basic exercises caused me work.
