I wanted a pocking book of exercises for working on my core that I could put on my kindle. I needed something more beginner because the "Cross Fit" style just puts a toll on my body. The problem I have with this book is that the descriptions for each exercises will sometimes not match the photos. For example, the text will read keep your arms at your side and then the picture shows the hands up in the air. Another is the description will say keep your hands on your hip and then the picture shows the arms/hands at your side. On top of that, the photos have a start (A) and finish (B) part of the movement, and there are several A&B photos that are identical. I really hope there is an update for this book that corrects these issues.
