(More customer reviews)Cory has given us a terrific video here. This is a great workout in under 30 minutes, which is key when time is limited (as it always seems to be). She is energetic, without being overly perky, and the video does not require lots of equipment (just some hand weights or a barbell if you want to get some advanced glute work in). It's a tough workout also and you will definitely see results. I highly recommend this video to anyone who needs a little toning in the abs and glutes areas.
