This can be a killer tape at first until you get used to it, but once you get going, don't stop and don't skip a day if you can help it. If you have discipline, motivation, and really want to trim and firm your tummy, this is the tape for you. Each day is a different combination of exercises. For all 7 days, Richard does a set of exercises for the first half, then he repeats them for a second time. Take a quick pause if you have to in-between the sets, that's what the button is for, but do your best to get through the complete two sets. You won't regret it. I found it better to have a floor mat to protect your back. I was adjusting the exercises at first to get through them, but as I found myself getting stronger over the weeks, it was easier to do the two sets in a row as per the tape. I do my 7 minutes first thing in the morning, take a short break, and then go on to other aerobics or weight lifting exercises / tapes. This tape is very to the point and there is no irritating "chit-chat" - the majority of audio is strict instruction about the exercises. Definitely not a "fluffy" tape.
