(More customer reviews)If you do not already own Mari Winsor's 20 Minute Workout, this is an outstanding video to buy. Unfortunately, I DO own that video and I was very disappointed that this one was basically a repeat of the ab work in that video, with two or three extra moves.
That said, the "few extra moves" in this one were KILLER....will definitely make a difference to my abs...and considering I think I paid $2.50 for this on VHS, it's not worth returning. But if you do own the 20 Minute Workout, there's really no point in getting this.
