(More customer reviews)This workout is definitely one of my favourites. You have so much fun doing this workout, the music is fantastic and Billy and the team are also having a good time on this dvd. With regular use, you will definitely see results. This dvd reminds me of the Taebo Live series but a remixed version. There are no bands and no amplifier bar to use for all you taebo fans who are not interested in the taebo equipment and like doing taebo old school like myself. HAVE FUN!!!
