Cyndi Targosz has done it again and created another fabulous book! I can't say enough, this book has anything you would ever want out of a fitness book, from nutrition information to ab workout routines, to breathing and posture. I had no idea that I was breathing wrong thus sabotaging my efforts for a more toned tummy! I've only been using the information from this book for a few weeks and I already feel and look better!
