(More customer reviews)This book does a good job of explaining the anatomy and function of the abdominal & back muscles, but it's hard to follow because you have to flip back and forth to get to the correct diagrams. There isn't a good variety of exercises. Many of the exercises require cable machines that aren't available at the gym I go to. Definitely not a book for doing exercises at home.
