(More customer reviews)This video is one of two things; terrible and brilliant. The workout is great, there is very little "burn" with these exercises, but the effect is brilliant. The only thing that spoils it is Tony himself and his wierd warm Up's / Downs, WHY does the guy act this way?
I would recomend this series as being far better than the old target training videos, new routines, better explanations, clearer picture and a new time clock.
Highly recomended.
