(More customer reviews)The time flies by when doing these two workouts. Both workouts are about 40 minutes, with a 5 minute "putting it all together" section. I prefer the first 40-minute workout, "Cardio Groove," to the other "Booty Shakin'" workout because I find the choreography a bit easier to follow and "let loose" in. I especially enjoy the 5 minute "putting it all together" segement, becaue if I feel particularly energetic, then I can do it more than once. There are a couple of mistakes made throughout, where Shuan forgets to do a couple of moves in sequence, but he quickly redirects us to the next move. Overall, the workout is a terrific cardio routine, and definitely makes you sweat. But it is definitely not a weight-training workout at all. I have incorporated light hand-held weights to add a little resistance and have benefitted from this. I would recommend this DVD to anyone looking for a fun, fast-paced, easy to follow cardio workout. The time just flies by!
