(More customer reviews)I've been an Abs of Steel fan for years and am very happy with Leisa Hart's Sexy Abs. I really like that it is on DVD & the ability to skip from section to section. The back strengthening section is my favorite part. My back feels better after doing these exercises than what it did after physical therapy! After using 3 days a week for 2 weeks, I can already see a difference! You can't go wrong with this purchase.
