(More customer reviews)I love this workout! There's 3 full workouts so I can do a different one each time! This has everything I wanted-sculpting, pilates type moves for the core and lots of variety. There is no music and at first that was different to me, but now I feel like I get a private training session each workout. The instructor explains every move and what to focus on and the workout seems to just fly by! I would highly recommend this workout for anyone who has resistance bands!
