(More customer reviews)This is not for fitness fanatics. It is for moms who are recovering from having a baby. It is an easy/gentle workout great for getting you back on the fitness track. I started doing it about a month after having my baby. Its convenient too, because of the 10-minute segment format, you can fit in a work out here or there between giving attention to your newborn baby. This is not a mommy-baby work out, so you need to do this while baby is napping or otherwise entertained.
