(More customer reviews)I think the one review that mentioned the pushups reviewed the wrong Tamilee Webb video. The "I Want those Abs" there isn't a single pushup. There are 2 15 minute workouts. Each has a minute of stretching before going to the floor. Workout 2 starts with a standing oblique move, but after that, the rest is on the floor. I like that, you don't have to get back up to do the obliques.
The 2nd workout is killer! Really burns! The first is geared towards beginners or just preparing yourself for the the 2nd workout. I highly recommend it!
