Video contains "Mr. Anatomy - a computer generated 'friend' who's there to show you the correct form and posture for every exercise. You can see the muscles you are working. Richard Simmons is a bit silly but always fun and motivating. Good songs include "Freeway of Love", "How Sweet It Is", "Caribbean Queen" and "We are Family".
