The ab exercises take longer than most because he keeps repeating himself before the start of another move which you wait for him to finish so you can begin. 8 Minute Abs and Great Abs Guaranteed are far superior to this video. These are fast, realistic and really great ab workouts. I tried Tony's program and I am disappointed with the results, the time lost, and the money spent. He is also very corny in this video.
