(More customer reviews)I have numerous exercise tapes, but this is the only one I actually enjoy doing! I'm a pilates and "Firm" fan because they have worked for me, but I'm beginning to become a huge fan on using the Ball as part of my regimen. The reason I like this tape is because it's a no nonsense approach to TOUGH abdominal workout without the, "come on you can do it" chatter. I can see and feel the results. I should add that I do this tape after "The Firm Cardio Sculpt" because it's more of a workout that way. I've done just this tape, and not felt the fatigue(and PAIN) the way that I do when I combine the workouts. I plan on purchasing the rest of the series that Gunnar produces because I'm very impressed with this tape.
