(More customer reviews)This Hip Hop Body shop video is fun and a good work out, but definitely not for novices. The first couple of routines are easy to follow, but the third one gets a little tricky. Personally, I don't think they spend enough time breaking down the steps. The cover claims that the "new rear view angle" will help, but the video only shows the steps from this position 2-3 times through out the video. However, it is fun and makes you sweat, if you've had dance experience and are coordinated.
