This is a great, thorough ab workout that only takes 10 minutes. There's a warm-up that doesn't really seem necessary, especially if you do cardio beforehand. You'll work all of your abs from every imaginable angle. Kathy Ireland seems very pleasant and non-annoying; she talks for instruction purposes mostly and keeps chatter to a minimum. You can really feel your abs working hard.
