The Ultimate Aerobic Workout is a fast paced 35 minute routine that combines strength training with cardio conditioning. Most aerobic programs are usually only lower body intensive. This routine is unique because it includes strength training for the back, chest, abdominals, and legs. This is a complete total body workout that will leave you out of breath. The only equipment needed is a pull-up bar.
The workout is formated for beginners, intermediates, and advanced. You simply follow along with the demonstrator for your particular fitness level. When I started this workout I could only complete half the routine and would lay on the floor gasping for air. With practice I was able to slowly progress to the advanced level. The addition of the strength exercises really makes this a demanding workout that will challenge you to put out. This video is also available as part of the Navy SEAL Workout-3 Pack. This set includes the Total Body Workout and AB Blast routines.
The production quality is good with pleanty of precise instruction. This is a simple yet effective workout that is guaranteed to improve your fitness level.
