Oxycise is the best exercise program that I have EVER used. I have Level I, Level II, Level III and the Ab & Upper Body Workout. All of them are great, with the most recent being the best. I have been doing it for about 5 weeks and my husband keeps commenting on how firm I'm getting, even thought I haven't lost any weight. I highly recommend this program for everyone.
