(More customer reviews)I own all the Hip Hop Ab's DVD's and just received the Rockin Body set which includes this workout DVD.
Those who are HHA users will notice this is more choreographed. It's much more dance like, very high energy. Shaun is very inspirational and encouraging as always. Rock your body will truly rock your body, it's tough, combining weights with cardio.
Hard core ab's is a real ab cruncher. Don't let the 10 minute time fool you.
Overall, I've used this 2 weeks (slightly less than the schedule) and have lost 7 lbs and 4 inches. It works.
